DuWaale follows a strict no-return policy. Once a product is sold and delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Customers are requested to carefully review product details, descriptions, specifications, and pricing before placing an order. Orders placed successfully cannot be cancelled after dispatch or delivery.

2. Replacement Policy (Only in Eligible Cases)

Although returns are not accepted, DuWaale provides replacement in limited and valid cases only.

A replacement may be considered only if:

  • The wrong product has been delivered

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time period may not be accepted.

4. No Refund Policy

DuWaale does not offer refunds for any products or services under normal circumstances.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Minor colour or design variations

Once payment is completed, it is considered final.

All digital products, downloadable files, online services, subscriptions, or access-based offerings are non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Free products or services provided by DuWaale are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.

7. Payment Gateway and Chargeback Policy

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. DuWaale does not encourage or support false chargebacks or payment disputes.

Any attempt to raise an invalid chargeback after receiving a product, replacement, or service may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Blocking of future purchases
  • Reporting to the payment gateway, if required

Customers are encouraged to contact DuWaale support for resolution instead of initiating chargebacks.

8. Shipping and Replacement Timelines

Approved replacements will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier partner availability.

DuWaale shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
