Welcome to DuWaale, the student platform created exclusively for Delhi University (DU) students. By accessing or using DuWaale (including our website, app, or associated services), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. User Eligibility

The platform is intended for students of Delhi University and associated colleges only.

• You must be at least 17 years of age to use our services.
• Providing false information may result in permanent suspension.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect only necessary information like name, email, and college name for registration and personalization.

• Your data is secure and never sold to third parties.
• Public posts and comments are visible to other DuWaale users.
• To request data deletion, contact us at support@duwaale.in.

4. Refund Policy (DuWaale Store)

We ensure all products/services from duwaale.in/store are of top quality.

• Replacement apply only to damaged or incorrect products, or undelivered orders.
• Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Products and event passes are non-refundable.

To claim: email supports@duwaale.in with your order ID. Replacement process in 5–7 working days after verification.

5. Events, Competitions & Listings

DuWaale allows DU students to browse and upload events and competitions.

• Make sure all posted events are genuine.
• Posting fake or misleading events may result in account termination.

6. Push Notifications & Emails

By using DuWaale, you agree to receive important updates via:

• Push notifications (if browser/app permission is given)
• Emails related to account activity and DU news

You can opt out through settings or email preferences.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for user-generated content or actions based on platform content.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• We are not liable for third-party links or services.

8. Termination of Account

DuWaale may suspend or terminate user accounts without notice for any policy violation. Repeated offenses may lead to a permanent ban.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be notified via email or app alerts.
