Constitution Walk Echoes Through DU: NSUI Sparks Civic Awareness on Campus

What’s Happening in DU? DuWaale Keeps You Updated!

Delhi University is more than just books and classes—it’s a living, breathing space of ideas, action, and awareness. This week, one such moment unfolded as the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) organized a powerful ‘Constitution Walk’ on campus.

It wasn’t just a political gesture—it was a wake-up call. A walk that brought students together to stand for accountability, national integrity, and constitutional values.

What Was the Walk About?

In the aftermath of the recent terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir where brave soldiers lost their lives, NSUI led a peaceful yet impactful march from Arts Faculty to Vishwavidyalaya metro station. Students held tricolour flags and placards, and collectively read out the Preamble of the Indian Constitution.

Their message was clear: We demand answers. We remember our values

DuWaale’s Voice: DU is Not Just a University—It’s a Movement

At DuWaale, we go beyond academics. We bring you real, raw updates from your own campus. Because what happens in DU shapes not just the university, but the youth of the country.

This walk reminded us that we, as students, are citizens first. And our Constitution is not just a textbook—it’s our collective voice.

Why This Matters to Every DU Student

Events like these are reminders. That we have the right to question, to unite, to express, and to stand in solidarity. You don’t need to be part of any political group to understand the importance of being aware.

Whether you walked or just watched—it’s part of your DU journey.
